Business Storytelling Workshop
Learn to transform your messages into compelling stories. In our workshop, you combine storytelling dramaturgy with your business content.
Why Stories Work
„Facts tell, but stories sell.“
People remember stories — not bullet points. Neuroscience research shows that narratives activate up to 7x more brain regions than bare facts. They generate empathy, create connection, and stick in memory.
In a business context, this means: those who can tell stories persuade in pitches, inspire in meetings, and lead through change. The world's best CEOs — from Steve Jobs to Satya Nadella — are above all one thing: outstanding storytellers.
The numbers speak for themselves
Presentations with storytelling elements are remembered 22× better than data-only talks (Stanford Research). Investors fund story-based pitches 35% more often than fact-based ones.
Workshop Content
The Dramaturgy of Great Stories
Every great story follows a structure. We teach the three most important frameworks:
- The Three-Act Structure — Setup, confrontation, resolution. The foundational structure that has worked since Aristotle.
- The Hero's Journey — Your customer, your team, or your company as the hero on a transformative journey.
- Tension Arcs and Turning Points — What keeps your audience riveted instead of reaching for their phones.
Your Personal Story Library
Every leader needs a repertoire of stories. In the workshop, you develop at least 5 ready-to-use business stories:
- Origin Stories: Why do we do what we do? — The most powerful story any company has
- Success Stories: What have we achieved together? — For team building and motivation
- Learning Stories: What have we learned from mistakes? — For an open culture of learning from failure
- Vision Stories: Where are we headed? — For change communication and strategy
„I had no idea how many good stories were hiding in my daily work. The workshop opened my eyes — now I use stories in every presentation.“
Storytelling in Practice
This is not a theoretical seminar — you practice, you tell stories, you receive direct feedback:
- Stories for presentations and pitches — persuading investors, clients, and stakeholders
- Storytelling in change communication — making transformation tangible
- Narratives for employer branding — attracting talent with authentic stories
- Stories for difficult conversations — embedding feedback and critique
Theatrical methods in storytelling
What makes our workshop special: You don't just learn to write stories — but to perform them. Body language, timing, pauses, voice. A good story badly told is a missed opportunity.
