Creativity & Innovation Lab
Improv theater meets Design Thinking. In our lab, teams develop creative solutions using theatrical methods — beyond brainstorming and post-its.
Creativity needs a space
Innovation does not happen at a desk. It happens when people come together, take risks, and playfully experiment with new ideas. This is exactly what actors train every day on stage.
Our Creativity & Innovation Lab combines improvisational theater with Design Thinking and agile methods. The result: teams that develop new ideas faster and with greater courage.
What makes our lab special?
Improv principles for innovation
The fundamental rules of improvisation are also the fundamental rules of great innovation:
- "Yes, and..." instead of "Yes, but..." — building on ideas rather than judging them
- Celebrating failure — error tolerance as a driver of innovation
- Being in the moment — openness to the unexpected
- Creating together — co-creation instead of lone-wolf thinking
