In our executive coaching, we work individually on your personal impact. We use methods from professional acting to strengthen your presence, body language, and vocal expressiveness.

Actors train for years to appear authentic and convincing. These exact techniques — breathwork, voice control, conscious body language — transfer directly to leadership situations.

What to Expect

Assessment

We begin by jointly analyzing your current impact. Where are your strengths? Where is there room for development? Which specific situations challenge you? We work with video analysis and direct feedback — honest, appreciative, and immediately actionable.

Body & Voice

You learn to consciously use posture, gestures, and voice:

  • Posture: Conveying openness and authority — without appearing contrived
  • Voice control: Projection, modulation, and deliberate pauses for maximum impact
  • Eye contact: Establishing and maintaining connection — even in large groups
  • Use of space: Presence in the physical room, from the stage to the meeting room

Situation Training

We simulate your real leadership situations and work on specific performances — from difficult employee conversations to keynotes in front of 500 listeners. Each situation is rehearsed, reflected upon, and refined.
