Workshop Approach
Phase 1: Culture Analysis (Scenic)
Instead of questionnaires and surveys, we use theatrical methods:
- Tableau Work: "Show us your culture!" — Teams portray their perception of culture as a living tableau
- Scene Development: Typical everyday situations are acted out and reflected upon
- Metaphor Work: Is our culture an orchestra, a football team or a jungle?
Phase 2: Current State vs. Target State
- Where do we stand? (scenic assessment)
- Where do we want to go? (developing future scenes)
- What stands in the way? (identifying obstacles)
Phase 3: Areas for Action
- Identifying concrete behavioral changes
- Naming culture carriers and multipliers
- Developing rituals and routines for the new culture
